Day 146 - Scream!

Tonight was one of those evenings that made everything that we have gone through all worth it!

Just us four, the cats and a dog, laughing, running and playing in the sun in the garden, it was perfect :)

Day 145 - friends

Day 144 - Ice Cream time

It's been so lovely today that we couldn't even make it home from the school run without an ice lolly!!

Day 142 - Jubilee Dog

Unis is getting in to the swing of things ready for the Jubilee celebrations! I think she's laughing!

Day 141 - Worn out!

We went to our first 'puppy day' today at the Police Kennels, and it was great to meet some of the other puppy walkers and trainers and see the rest of the dogs. Thankfully my friend had Lily so I didn't have to worry about her becoming a wonderful new chew toy for the bigger dogs & it meant Oli and I could concentrate on what the other walkers were doing and pick up some helpful tips on games we can play to improve her skill set.

I was so impressed with her confidence and her walking on the lead and she is only 8 weeks old. Some of the other dogs there were three times her size, if not more, and to watch her stand up to them was really impressive. It was great to meet @WMP_Dog Sear as well. He has been a huge source of information and help this past week - thanks Sear!

Here is Unis though, totally exhausted after her very exciting morning and I'm really looking forward to the next one! Note to self though, wear my wellies next time!

Day 140 - Three in a bed

With Mr.N still away on his rugby tour we had a special three in a bed night! :)

Day 138 - Birthday boy

I can't believe my little man is 8! Seriously, I don't know where the time has gone, one minute he was this tiny little baby and the next he's a little man!

We love him to pieces and are so very very proud of him.

Day 137 - Company

I wasn't feeling very well today. I caught the dreaded lurgy from the littlest, and to keep me company both George and Unis braved each other to come and sit with me!

We had a lovely day today, it was a bit rainy, so we watched Snow White for the first time, it was lovely :)

When Clare Balding tweeted a picture of Uncle Brian posing at Warrington in his new jacket, we sent her one back of his great nephew trying to perfect the look!

Introducing Herman! After looking after him for ten days on the worktop, feeding him every now and then and stirring him every day and then cooking him, he ended up looking like this!
